Coach. Consultant. Cheerleader. 

Monique S. Toussaint is the President of Monumental Business Solutions LLC where she creates an environment for leaders and business owners to identify strategies and create plans to achieve career and operational success. She invests time, passion and creativity into helping her clients explore and then implement solutions. This dynamic leader has over a decade of experience in strategic planning, program development and management; five years of coaching after earning the Global Career Development Facilitator credential; and is a natural supporter and cheerleader of others working towards achieving their goals. In this role, she serves as a continual thought partner, coach, speaker, and/or trainer for fellow business owners, colleagues and professionals. If you have an idea, she has a plan. It is her personal mission to see others succeed. ​

Presented as a Black Speakers Network Spotlight Speaker on Facebook Live in March 2020;
Facilitated a leadership discussion for the Black Alumni Collective in February 2020;
Served as a Faculty Member for the Rotary Multi-District Chesapeake President Elects Training in March 2019 & 2020;
Facilitated workshops for the Iron 2 Iron 4 Women, Inc. Live Your E.P.I.C. Future Tour in February and March 2019;
Spoke on the Diversity and Mentorship Panel for the American University (AU) Kogod School of Business Graduate Business Association and AU Graduate Leadership Council AU Talk in February 2018;
Served as a Career Coach at the National Black MBA Association, Inc. DC (NBMBAA-DC) Chapter's 2015, 2016 and 2017 Pre-Conference Career Expos;
Led a vision planning workshop at a NBMBAA-DC general body meeting;

Trained facilitators and facilitated college preparatory curriculum for 6th graders in the Kids2CollegeDC Program;
Created an interview prep package and facilitated a session at the Prince George's House for Thursday Network: Young Professional Auxiliary of the Greater Washington Urban League;
Engaged students as a guest speaker at the Higher Achievement program;
Served as a guest lecturer for a class of seniors in a Communications course at Rutgers University - New Brunswick campus; and
Planned college preparatory boot camps and Educate2Educate series workshops for the Women of Virtue Scholarship Ministry at the Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC.
